No Refund Policy
All payments made for services provided by Munesh Ramnarine and/or his associates are final and non-refundable. Once a service has been rendered, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances. -
Use of Media
By booking or utilizing services provided by Munesh Ramnarine and/or his associates, the client grants permission for any media produced (including, but not limited to, photos, videos, and drone footage) to be used for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to use on social media, websites, digital campaigns, and print materials. -
Client Usage Rights
Clients may use the media delivered for personal, business, or real estate marketing purposes in connection with the property or project for which the services were performed. However, redistribution, resale, or transfer of the media to third parties without written consent is prohibited. -
Agreement to Terms
By scheduling, booking, or utilizing services with Munesh Ramnarine and/or his associates, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions in full.
